Get your very own custom mascot!
Welcome to the Custom Mascot Makery! We’re known for our mascots, and now you can commission your very own. Tell us about your idea, and we’ll create a custom mascot design that’s yours to own!
You’ll receive digital art files of your design, which you’ll own and can use as you wish– including commercially! Want to turn your design into shirts or other cool stuff? Let us know, we’re happy to help.
How does it work?
When ordering, be sure to fill out the form letting us know about your project. Once you order, we’ll get back to you promptly, confirming we can begin your request (we get back to most customers within 24 hours). If for any reason we can not accept your order, we’ll refund your money.
Orders will not be started until payment is received. If you have questions or would like to discuss your project prior to placing you order, feel free to reach out at hello@pooshdesigns.com or use our custom art form and request a consultation.
Once we complete your design, we’ll share it with you to review. You can then approve the design or request modifications. At that point we’ll make any necessary updates and deliver your completed art files. You’ll receive an .AI and .PNG file through email (let us know if you need any other file types). After files are delivered, further modifications may incur additional charges.

Most custom requests take between 2–3 weeks to complete. However, if you need it sooner, let us know. We can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines. Rest assured, we’ll communicate all timeline expectations up front.

Absolutely! The design is yours to own and do with as you wish– personally and commercially.
You’ll have almost exclusive rights with only three exceptions. Poosh® retains the right to (1) use your design promotionally and (2) use elements of your design in other designs. Additionally, (3) you may not resell the design without consent from Poosh®. If you need full exclusive rights to your design, please let us know before we being your design.

Sure! If you need to make changes to art we created, just let us know. However, depending on the changes, additional fees may apply.
